The "L" shaped tool is the brake bleeder (wrench) tool. It allows a hose to feed through it onto the bleeder valve. The item on the left is the clip that retains all the wrenches.

I've been all over the web looking for the brake bleeder tool. Does anyone know where I can get one?

No ideas on the brake bleeder tool, eh? How about the spare tire hold down straps like in this picture?
