Door panels/pockets

Hi all. Can anyone tell me how, on the 427 Street Cobra, are the door panels/pockets attached to the door?

Screwed?
Glued?
Snaps?

Is there any structure to the panel (like a fiberboard backing) or is the panel/pocket simply an unstructured piece of vinyl/leather attached to the door?
