Default Looking for owner Manuel or copy

Hi everybody,

I am new here and like to ask if anybody can help me.

I started to build my Cobra and try to be as Original as possible.

I am looking for any Material with can help me on this subject.

I bought a Kirkham Chassis parts from England. Looking for some book or Informations regarding every small detail.

Brake lines, Battery, Fuelpumps etc.

Let me know.

Are you talking 289 or 427? Big difference. And Batteries, fuel pumps, etc. were added her by Shelby, not from the factory at AC so lots of different possibilities.

What are you trying to replicate?

The chassis manual is good to have but it's not going to show you what goes where and what the original parts would be... for the most part. It's really for those who own the car already. People study for years what was original and it's an on going education. Most original cars now have been so modified over the years and by multiple owners that they aren't very original anymore. I can't count how many times I've heard "it's totally original" and the dash doesn't even have the right switches! Best thing to do is study photo's of the same part on a couple different original cars, search the internet and Club Cobra and post questions as they come up in your build.
Of course, it also depends on just how original you'd like to do in your build. You can go crazy with some of this!

you need to pick one CSX car to replicate. All 998 are different.
