Rick,

Looks nice. Did you get it for me? What was the price on that? I could not make it out. Almost looked like $18.95, but that would be way low I would assume.

Jim,

You were close at $18.95. You were only $1781.05 off.

Rick, was it really that expensive?!!
The only thing I see correct/original is the pliers and I'd have to examine those closely to be sure!

Larry,

Yep, it was marked $1800. Not being a Cobra expert, I wondered how correct it was.

Screwdriver may be a BDS but it's not the type found in the Cobra. The brake bleeder tool is too long and the spanner clip is not one used in the Cobra.
The pliers have the right shape but would need to be stamped "BDS". Kind of hard to tell from the photo.
Other tools are missing too.
$2000 would most likely be cheap if complete but way too much for that set.

Robbins made and still makes the tops used on Cobras. The Vinyl they used for the Cobra is called "Everflex". I'm not sure where but it may be for sale in sheets or roll. If there's a higher end auto upholstery shop near you, you might ask them if they sell it or can get it for you.
