I like the look of the pusher fans on my car:

I used fan motors and fan blades from McMaster Carr but both are available from Finishline and others.

The pusher fans work just fine keeping the water temp at 185 at about 80 to 85 deg air temp in slow traffic.

In stop and go traffic or hotter temps I use my puller fan to keep things at 175 to 185 water temps.

I use a three position toggle switch: OFF/pusher fans ON/ pusher fans OFF - puller fan ON

And relays and temp ON?OFF sensor in case I'm not watching the temp gauge.

The pusher fans are also big hits at the car show.

Cheers
Greg

I added a touch of old school break in fan look.
They work well but I have a small block with a big radiator.
