289 MKII & FIA Wheel Widths and Tire Sizes

I have a few questions regarding wheel widths and tire sizes that were originally offered on the 1963 MK II Cobras & wheel widths and tire sizes the 289 FIA cars:

- On the 1963 MK II - What width Halibrand style wheels were used front and rear and what size tires were typically used?

- On the 1963 MK II - What width wire wheels were used front and rear and what size tires were typically used?

- On the 289 FIA cars - Width of front and rear wheels and respective tire sizes.

- The last question (which might be deemed questionable by some) ... were any 'vintage' Cobras in the 1960's offered or converted over to bolt on wheels? I suspect the answer is 'none', just curious.
