Left them nuts out and used a level to get them true vert. My perception is that it makes the car/hips look wider. Votes? Opinions?

How about nuts in on the back and nuts out on the front and then see how long it takes someone to notice the difference. 
I don't know, I like the nuts turned in. Just seems to have better balance.
