I just got off the phone we are all set at the fort william henry( www.fortwilliamhenry.com). This is that same place that hosts the adirondack nationals every year.
There are rooms blocked off for 11/12th of july under the code word (summer run) phone # is 888-389-4554 ask for Ron. Looks like the rate is $159 per night two night min. I know that might seem like alot but trust me its cheep for lake george in july. most places were over $200
