I am not sure when you will start seeing the who attending list but I was just told that over 60 rooms are booked already. It may not seem like a bunch but from past experience 60 rooms at this early juncture is a bunch!

The who is attending list is now operational. There might be a day or so lag in posting names. There is also a picture section to give newcomers to London an idea of what the event will be like.
