Thanks Earnie! It really is a good price. Just a sign of the times that it's still here. As far as your spare, you can never have too many side oilers sitting around 
I had two guys interested last week and one wanted to send a deposit but opted to buy some hardwood floors for the wife instead. He made a good decision
