What was "Jamo" saying the other day about posts, "I have a dream..." - it never ends.

Burnt - It's an email away but since you pointed out the obvious and you contradict your very own "tag" line... Price is $99,999.99 -there, it's in the open.

I apologize to all the "curious" members but now ya know. However, a couple "serious" prospects last night didn't mind sending an email - fortunately for me, this is NOT a novel approach when dealing with "for sale" items.

BTW, no pricing games - one simple price, guaranteed!
