They do have frame drawings in a nice readable CAD format for about $200. Some of the numbers don't jive with the original hand drawn version or even with each other. Bear in mind it is the frame and birdcage for the body only. The suspension is a whole other game! There are a few people buliding to the original specs but plan the project out early as it can get real pricey to either custom make or buy original hardware. It is easily improved on with modern readily available stuff. Good luck, it's an ambitious project. Let me know when you're into it deeper I'd be interested in talking more about it.

Thanks for the response,I looked at the Cobra restores site.That may be the route I will have to take.Their plans don't include uprights for suspension.I have been involved in rods and bikes so I'm used to fabbing all my own parts ,lathe work, tig, etc.Took a break from building and got the bug again.Thanks again..
