No offense to anybody here but wasn't the frame of the "originals" pretty poor/weak/twisty-under-power in the first place? If so, why would you want to build a "new" car off of that?
I can understand the sentimental value in it, but without the arruminum skin around it, isn't this just a "weak" Cobra frame...?
If you want to flame me have at it... I have my nomex suit on now.. LOL...
Just trying to understand the logic is all...
