They probably will but just a word of caution, the Versaille Calipers are VERY HEAVY. That is specifically why I didn't use them, I had new ones and ultimately threw them away! I used calipers from a 88 Tbird Turbo Coupe, similar to Taurus rears too, check piston sizes, readily available cheap. Check my gallery there are some very good shots of my rear setup. I did not use them only because the "hat" area was visable behind the center of my FIA wheels, behind 427 wheel no problem. The rotors in my gallery are from a Versaille. The ones I am offering do not have as much offset, consequently they are lighter too. If you are fabricating a rear axle assembly you can make allowance for caliper location, wheel backspacing is most likely not an issue. I also have some 9" gear housings cheap.
