Shelby/Kirkham Pedal Box Wanted

Anyone have one? New/used.....with or without (preferrably without pedal pads).....It doesn't matter to me.

do you need the actual weld-on box where the pedals sit and the brake/clutch cylinders are bolted to?

do you also need the pedal arms?
