Viper T56 Transmission housing wanted
Maybe to new for many secondhand housings, but would be interested in a stuffed trans with a good case.

Ant,
I don't know if you want to deal with him or not, but I left an "almost" perfect T-56 Viper tranny behind when I sold 'Classic by Elite' to Jay Kowalik-740-852-5280. The 1st-to- second synchro was going out due to using synthetic oil in it.
NOTE: Be carefull how you handle the money exchange if you buy it.

Viper Trans housing
DV,
Dealing from the other side of the world is not normally any different than being there, but it may be if the guy is .............?!?!
My aim is to have the Viper case for the best shifter position to suit my app, and have it sent to PA to be remanufactured with new internals, and keep the cost down a bit!
I should give him a ring, but I have been tucked before, also maybe there is a way I am happy to pay anyone for their troubles, to procure a trans and send it. You may know someone else that deals with this stuff, that I can contact?
Thanks.

D and D transmissions does a lot of tremecs and viper trannys. I had called them in the past about possibly buying one from them, and they sounded like they knew what they were talking about, but instead I used a toploader. They advertise in 5.0 Mustang magazine, or superford or some ford magazine.

Viper housing
Anthony,
Thanks D&D have good products, but I am hoping to go to a full G-force box, as you may be aware they are very pricey, in fact almost out of my budget! I am going to have close to what the D&D Viper trans hp and torque rating is, so I would sooner go for overkill as G-force is rated at 800ftIbs and 900bhp, plus the gears are between straight and helical cut gears (a moderate whining noise) and the triple cone syncros on all gears should do it!
I dont suppose there are many Viper trans cases around due to the fact they are haven't been around that long!
