Umm, yes, thanks. Not sure I can afford to spend a mere USD$1,038.95 on a used book right about now. I wonder if Trevor L. wishes now that he'd gotten into the "book speculating" business rather than "book writing"?

Sorry about that. I didn't look at the price . Wow! I have a copy and I didn't realize it had gone up so far. Don't know if I will part with mine now. Hmmmmmmmm..... Trevor I believe I need a drink as well, I purchased my copy for $60.00 about 5 years ago.
