The democrats in their current incarnation have an abstract, doctrinaire view of policy making rather than a humanistic view. If we look at the decision from a job creation point of view, assuming that the average SB100 creation costs $50k (some cost much more  ....), then 250 addition certificates creates an additional $12.5M each year to spend directly creating work for fabricators, painters, etc. In effect they passed on a zero cost job creation bill modification. I have to stop typing as I am getting angry as I write this.
