LMH No the plate was available, but after being reviewed, it was deemed, "offensive." Thst's why it was denied.

I had that same problem when I requested: 69 HEMI B The DMV told me that the 69 had sexual connotations (duh) and that I coudn't have the plate without written explanation. I wrote them a NICE letter explaning: 69 (year of car), HEMI (engine in car) B (short for SuperBee). I got the plate without any other problems. It DOES pay to be nice to them, sometimes

This is interesting and I can't wait to find out what is offensive about a CSX#### license plate. Maybe it would offend me, but only because I can't afford one.

When you do find out please post it so the rest of us can see what the DMV is thinking.
