So how did they calculate the sales tax and such? I thought that had to be paid then?

I have a Kirkham that I have not finished...can I get a sb100 without my engine and trans and such?? What do you experts say???? I don't want the sb100 opportunity to slip away due to all this 'green' talk before I get ready to use it.

I was told I need the block and heads and trans reciepts.
