BAR Station at Evergreen College
I took my car in to the BAR referee station at Evergreen College this morning for the smog check and SB 100 exemption sticker. Terrence, the guy who did the inspection was great. He was very careful with the car, and he called me over when the time came to move it and start it for the test. They also asked me exactly where I wanted the sticker to be placed.
I have no idea what the idle emission test results mean, but it doesn't matter because they entered the magic SB100 number and I've got my sticker! 
I'm going to the DMV next week to turn in all of the paperwork and get my plates.
