MSO sign back?-SB100

I was looking at the back of my MSO and began to wonder if the manufacturer or dealer I bought the car from needs to fill out the back?
It is a new car and I am the first owner and registration

If you have the purchase receipt and MSO, both in your name, from the same manufacturer, then I'm sure you're fine. The back of my MSO (Kirkham) is/was blank page.
