The thinking here is that a 17 inch DOT slick like a Hoosier A6 is just as competitive as a 15 inch true slick. I have ran them both and I can tell you that the Hoosier is faster for an amateur driver. The prepared class was for the DOT slick crowd. If you are in prepared and not running the DOT slicks you will not be any more or less competitive in the pro class. I have seen many years where the prepared guys out run the pro guys. The prepared guys in the front of the pack don't run tires that can be driven on the street on a regular basis.

Great pictures
Dean likes water and grass and is always looking for the quickest way around the track. Not sure if he is a duck or lawnmower. If the car breaks we can always go fishing?
