Gregg,

I believe the dates are September 23-25, 2011 at Hastings, Nebraska. George has taken over the responsibility of Run N Gun. I understand Mark Earls has been asked by George Anderson to modify the Run N Gun web site and those updates will be forthcoming.

Greg, I was also trying to figure out when to book a room. According to the Run 'N Gun web site that is linked off of the MPH Hastings page, the dates are 9/21 - 9/24 (Wed - Sat). But the rest of the info is left over from last year.

I sent a note to George from the MPH contact page asking if Wed was a full day of activity or just a check in, drop off, tech day. No response. I'll call up there if I don't hear back soon. We need to do our reservations. If it is like last year, Wed we show up late in the afternoon and we are done around 2 pm on Sat.

Gregg, I guess you found this link on the MPH site:

Run N Gun 2011

But the hot link to the entry form is not "hot" yet

I made my hotel reservation at the HI Exp a month ago.

Default Will be there

Hi guys, room is booked, parts in for car, 10 weeks till road trip. Last hurrah. 25 years wow. Looking forward to seeing everybody.
Bill F. get working on the car!!!!
Greg answer your phone.
Clois, how the new mistress coming
Dean what are you drining this year?
Jay will bring something CRAZY that flys again. Electric???
Like to see some of the the guys we have not seen in a couple of years.
This is a nice large 2.15 miles of race track. You can get plenty of speed and large run off areas. There is a charge for cutting Georges grass.
It will help George if you guys just add your names to a post for who is coming. Last year the WHOLE event was GREAT. Food was SUPER. WE had a visit to the movies when it rained and the track dryed in 25 minutes. This has been built as a top notch race track. Check out the web and see. Rick L.

The mistress has promise but progress is moving very slowly. The rest of my work is cosmetic and I think I will make it.

Congratulations Rick for sticking with Run N Gun for Twenty-Five (25) years.

You are RUN N GUN!

Sounds terrific, George! I have checked the registration form. A clarification, please .. in your June 9 post above you refer to the Platte River Cabin event on 9/21, which is Wednesday. And the RnG dates are cited as 9/21 - 9/24.

So, is the Anderson cabin event now on Tuesday 9/20? I had made hotel reservations to arrive 9/21 based on your earlier info.

Does the RnG event conclude with the Friday 9/23 banquet?

Should we mail the registration form and $$ to the MPH address or pay upon arrival? The form does not say.

Thanks very much,
Sam

That's great, George. And I see the address now on the form. I think I was looking through the bottom of a dirty glass of bourbon ...

See you there!

Well Crap. I cant make RnG this year. The medical community has decided that I need to have my shoulder rebuilt. The surgery is scheduled for the 2nd of September. I asked the doctor if I would be able to drive by the 21st. He just looked at me and said WTF... NO. He said it would be a couple of months just too be able to wipe my butt. I still may try and fly up and watch.
Rick I will answer my phone next time I swear.

That really sucks, Gregg I hope it goes well and doesn't hurt too much ... Yes, we'd all be tickled to see you if you are able to fly up. I don't think I want to wipe your butt, tho'. Check with Rick on that, he's a super guy to have around when you need help

SSSammy Thanks Sam. I think your car just failed inspection for loose nut behind steering wheel. Fines with be fair but stiff. Greg has 2 hands, I think he will learn how to adjust to this kind of problem. He has to learn to improvice.. I thought that Greg had powersteering in the car anyway? No problems looking forward to seeing everybody for the 25th event. Rick L.
