Craig,

I see you decided to fabricate your own race screen. Looking nice so far. Where are you getting the screen from and what will it be made of? Lexan, glass or something else?

Jim

Probably Lexan, many pictures of early cars I have seem to have this style of screen.

Started the pattern for the lexan.
Waiting on some help from a good friend to finalize the shape of the lexan.
Needed to get the base mounted so the car can go to paint.

The last thing on the list before paint is fitting the tonneau cover.
Now we are ready for the shinny stuff!

Craig,

Nice job on the tonneau cover. Where did you get the material from? I fitted one to my ERA and used their pre-made kit; all I had to due was instal the lift dots. Looking forward to seeing the painted product. What is the wait time on the paint job?

Jim

Tonneau cover is a Robbins, comes pre made.

Paint jail is a some what of an unknown but hoping to have it back asap.

Talking

We have been waiting on this little gem, huge thanks to a club cobra member here that has graciously given us a fiberglass hood scoop out of his original parts stash.

I have had a few scoops in my hands but none have been the quality I was looking for. This one is hands down the best fiberglass hood scoop I have seen.

Now we need to trim, and fit the scoop then get it to the paint shop.
