34 gallon fuel tank

Just finishing up this tank for a 4000 car that I’m building it’s total of 34 gallons 20 gallons on the main and 14 reserve if you set it up like the original car with the two fuel pumps.
Getting ready to build another one for a different customer if anybody else is interested let me know. will fit 4000 obviously or any chassis set up to the original 427 specs.

A couple of questions....what type aluminum T6061?, thickness? Internal baffles?
