Not all Road racers go with Toe Out....... Some of us still use Toe In...... Depending on the Steering system design.....
Some Ackerman is OK.... most of us don't want any Ackerman....
The only way you can get some ackerman with a rack and pinion is to have long steering arms in front of the upright and if the wheel is large enough......and you can get a 10*degree angle between the steering arm and the rack......
That's about as much ackerman we want.....
