I have a bad spot in my fiber glass. The spot looks like it blow off the mold, any ideas?

Any pics? Maybe a better description of the problem...is it a hole, or a delamination of fiberglass?

Grind out and bevel the area away from the defect. Apply new glass mat and resin to the area until she is repaired.
