Default Mustang II Front end

I am working on a layout for the front end of my build. I have looked everywhere (Thanks, Google) but with no success to find any dimensional information on the Mustang II spindle.

I had hoped I could find an AutoCAD drawing (DWG or DXF) but have struck out. Maybe a pdf or jpg of a hardcopy? again another strike out.

Does anyone have or know of a source of dimensional data on this part?

Thanks

Paul

ps: this is strictly a personal project and not commercial, if that is important to anyone.

Default Almost

Close but no cigar

The Wilwood link gives me info on the spindle diameter and basic geometry but it is a 2" drop and the brake caliper mounts are different.

The picture illustrates the mustang II front end but you can't accurately extract dimensions from a photo.

Really appreciate your help though.

Hopefully, additional links will show up. When I google this, I find a number of guys looking for the same thing but no answers or sources. Checked with them and they are still looking also.

Some cat on Corner-Carvers.com posted the specs up a while back. Go over ,register and do a search. If you go over and ask and act like a rube, they will shred you to pieces.

I have found that site and have been trying to register for the past week. They are having some problems with their registration process (Captcha image doesn't display) so I can't get registered. I've emailed the webmaster but haven't heard back from them.

I've also been on the LocostUSA site adn they also are saying the info is buried in the Corner-Carvers site.

Hopefully, I'll get in. I am surprised this info isn't readily available in the Cobra forums - both here and the FFR site.

Give Barry McGill a call at B&B in Granby Missouri and tell him what you are doing and I bet he could give you some diminisions. He builds all the MII front suspensions for the B&B Cobra and Street Rods.

Pure understatement! Tolerance there ranges from about zero to zero!

I understand that even registering without problems is a headache. I don't do anything but search there.

Default Search? ? ?

Jay,
How do you search or download images over there? They have a Captcha anti-spam image but the image doesn't display so you don't know what letters to type in.

That's my problem. another guy gave me a link to a thread that has the info I need, but it is in an image. And I can't download the image unless registered.
