Now there is a third option which is to build the frame and then order a Kirkham body from Hawk cars. Already attached to a small amount of tubing. I think the body is about $13,000 plus freight from the UK. $13,000-$5,000 in tools starts to make a little sense. But there's something about having an English Wheel, a sheet of aluminum, and some beer. Always leads to something.
