Boy does my son and I miss this car. The new owner George has one great car and he uses it.

This car is one fantastic example of the Cobra and it drives fabulous. I am sure George can back that statement up.

TURN UP THE VOLUME...........

Hoo-baby, that car sounds so mean and nasty! Lumpy and rorty! I love it!

(How can that family just walk past such a car? If that baby drove past me, I'd be standing there agog and rooted to the pavement. And I'd consider it my parental duty to inform my kids about the importance of the car we just saw.)

Met George in Dallas right after he purchased the car and he drives it out to our monthly lunches and the Cars & Coffee events alot. He also purchased an aluminum CSX4000 after this one for a second driver. Remember this car from My Classic Car TV many years ago and happy I was finally able to see and more importantly hear it. Really cool Cobra Icon and can imagin how much you miss it........

I saw this car at the Mecum Auction in May of 2008. There were three 427 Cobras there, red, white and blue.

Wasn't CSX3020 last owned by the late Jack Launtz from Kane, Pa?

Yes, Jack did own 3020 in the past. He was a great care taker of that prized car.....

I also believe that Dave Dralle may have been the original owner of CSX3020. It was yellow with a huge black X painted over the entire car back then. Jack Launtz showed me a photo of it!

When CSX3020 was featured on "My Classic Car," then-owner Loebenberg showed that photo on camera. It looked like the paint scheme from Racer X's car on the old cartoon Speed Racer.
