For several years, SAI was having the glass and carbon fiber bodies and rollers fabricated by HST at their facility just across the border in Tijuana Mexico, then shipped up to Vegas. Actually a pretty impressive facility according to a friend of mine that visited there.
According to this old thread from here on CC, looks like that facility was shut down sometime around 2010.
