I would seriously find it hard to believe that SAI would commission a manufacturer in Tijuana to manufacture a run of Cobras for distribution to clients in Mexico exclusively, I'm sorry but there is just not enough demand nor dinero for SAI to consider such an idea.

If the client(s) have the Dinero, I think SAI would be fine with fulfilling their request! Supply and Demand, and of course profit....Econ 101

Oh yes there was. This club of gentlemen had a lot of cars. I was told my owner couldn't drive the manual transmission and bought a paddle shift ferrari. They supposedly were weekly visitors to some big well known (to all but me) race track in Mexico City.
