I think the current Shelby CSX4000 now comes with the BAER 4 piston front calipers.
Why not contact Shelby American and ask their advice.
I suspect your choice of a 0.625" MC is too small and that a 1.00" MC would be closer to the right size.
Checking your line pressures would be a good idea, but you'll learn more from Shelby American about the setup you should be using.
