Some states may consider a component roller as a kit and give the car a new VIN , all states seem to differ ,but from what I see posted most seem to be like PA and more are changing.This seems to be an ongoing issue,good today not the next,who knows, in the next 10 yrs we may not be able to reg at all.Tout
