Default missing parts or underdeveloped car?

Shelby Automobiles, Inc.
i have contacted and tried to contact you repeatedly (phone, email and "sai" website), although i did get an empty promise on delivery of the parts several weeks ago. i am still waiting on the parts to complete my parking brake assemblies, both sides. it's now been nearly (2) years since purchase. it seems that because my vehicle was ordered with the original "girling" brake system that my brakes were never fully developed for the applcation or car (as in all the parts needed to complete the parking brake installation). these parts need to be "sai" specific as original parts and kirkham parts are different all together. where's the customer support ?!?! where's the parts i've paid for ?!?!

As J. Jonah Jameson would put it "Crap, crap and mega-crap". SAI is not THAT busy. I've visited the facility. Looks like someone didn't attend the "customer appreciation" seminar. I''ve been bitten by some very (so called) famous reputable OEM's before. Make you want to scream. Good luck!!!!!!!

Just keep at it!! Someone will get to you I am sure... Seems like Shelby has been busy lately with all the new models that have been coming out. Saw the GR1 and the Concept Cobra, most excellent! Swung by the facility the other day, and it seems like they were in full swing...at least the doors were open, front and back. Looked like they were back in the old building for good...
