Has some street features, and I have seen several converted original street cars, but I've never seen a street car converted completely with LeMans filler cap and Rear fender flares.
My opinion is we're looking at a very nice replica that blends elements of Street and S/C. Note how hood scoop blends into the hood instead of sitting riveted on top, and the fender lines don't have the sharpness of aluminum.
Also close-ups make the finish look like fiberglass to me.
Anyway, it still was a nice drive around Newport Beach.

There are more than a few done that way. I have no doubt this is a CSX3xxx car.

CW is correct, this is CSX3127. It was an original narrow hip car that had its rear flares widened for 9.5" Halibrands. Car is now black and living in Wisconsin.

In addition:
Look at details like the surrounding areas as to me looks like 1975-1980 time frame. Details like the rear view mirror are correct (can't buy), wheel camber, gas tank etc are correct. There were no KMS back then and certainly no glass cars at this level. I suppose it couild be a one off from a custom venture but I am inclined to agree with Ron CSX3XXX car.

My stepmother speaks Japanese, I will try to get her to translate...

I have several generations of pics...the last one looking like it did in the video was 2001.

That was in Colin's hands for a while and was the Cobra featured on Spike TV "Musclecar" a few years ago... and it was now black.
