Greenwood Tom Payne photos

I have some photos of Tom Payne and the Cobras that he raced at Greenwood in Iowa during 1964. I could use some help identifying one of the cars he drove. You guys have been a great help in the past. I'm hoping the brain trust here can do their magic again. Here's my question:

In the July USRRC race, he's piloting a small block Cobra with #14. I've been told this was CSX2430.

I also have a shot of him from the September 27, 1964, SCCA Divisional where he's driving a small block Cobra, this time with #13. Is this the same car? If not, does anyone know what CSX number car #13 is?

It seems that CSX2430 was run with #14 at the July USRRC, but by September for the SCCA Divisional, it was changed to #13.
I have a stash of photos and newspaper articles covering 1963-65 events at Greenwood that I'm working on adding to the web site documenting the track. Look for them in the next few weeks at:
