Default CSX 2019: The First Factory DragonSnake

Here is a picture of Hal Heindel's incomparable CSX 2019, the first Factory DragonSnake. Hal has owned this since 1967. The car is unrestored and has the original Factory paint. 289 cid with 4X2 48mm Weber IDAs. When Hal first sent me this pic, I was reminded of a line from the movie, "Hard Times" with James Coburn and Charles Bronson. After seeing Bronson great pugilistic skills, Coburn told a bystander, "it's enough to take your breath away". No doubt about it.

Note the dash mounted tach. Bet it was a Sun.

Thanks. I do not think that the Dragonsnakes get enough attention. To see a picture of the first still alive is breathless.

Cal:

Is this a current picture or one when the car was being campaigned?
