What kind of pedal assy.and steering column?

Hello everyone. I was wondering what type / brand of steering column and pedal assemblies other SVC owners have went with. SVC would be fine, but the only thing is on the pedals, i'd like to have the original type pedals with the holes in them with "AC" on them...And on the steering column, the only thing I am not too fond of is the rubber "rag joint" type thing: id really like to have a solid steering shaft with the borgeson (sp) type joints from the dash to the steering rack.
