It's common for bias race tires of the same size to have a different circumfrence. You can stretch the smaller tire (commonly done in short track racing circles to obtain stagger) by pumping the air pressure way up and letting it sit for a while. I'm glad to hear Goodyear is making it 'right', as I'm thinking of buying a set of billboards for my car.

My pleasure.

It was my understanding that the tires made in South America were the ones most likely to be different sizes.

Where were yours made?

They came from Shelby Las Vegas on the car, but I'm not sure where they were made. There is a bar code on each tire.

I think if you look at the tire carefully you will see that the country of manufacture is there....close to the bead area.

Stay away from bar tires.
