Default Resizing Brake Rotors
Has anyone ever taken a brake assembly and made it a smaller diameter? Wilwood is showing a max rotor for a 15" wheel to be 11". Their next size up is a 12.18 rotor stating a 16" wheel minimum. I think this size would be very close to fitting. If not I wonder if I could turn maybe .400 off the diameter rework the caliper mount or make a new one. This would only work I know if it had the area at the small diameter of the brake pad. I have something like 11.90 rotors on the rear (Corvette). Front is Mustang II.
