front coilovers

I have a midstates and I want to install QA1 front coilovers. I have a smallblock ford engine. I am not sure what weight springs to put on the coilover shock.
It has been sugested I use a 375 lb spring. Help???? Any help will be welcome.

Cannot really help you on what to use, but I can tell you what I have.

I have a SPF with a 460 BB. The shocks are QA1's with 400 pound springs. The car originally had 350 pound springs on it with the AVO shocks.

Hope that gives you something to compare to.

I'm running a 429ci BB and using 375lb springs in a Mustang II type susp with QA1 shocks. I thought at first they might be too soft but they are holding up well, with no body roll.

I'm running a SB and 400 lbs springs all around. However, I feel they are a little too soft and plan on installing 500 lbs springs.
