Default Toneau cover & hood/trunk prop

Can anyone tell me what the general spacing for the toneau cover snaps is, my wife is making my cover and I need to drill the holes and install the snaps so I was wondering what the general/proper spacing is?

Also, what are folks using for hood and trunk props? I'm really not thrilled with the slide type that came with my Street Beast kit and would like to install a different type.

Getting sooooooooooooooooo close after 12 years and 6 months, ordered the paint last week and hopefully will get to take it to the paint shop sooooooooooooooooooooooon.

Thanks, Earl

My guess is that you'd be further ahead by sourcing a local car so you can diagram and note your stud locations and then fit your hardware to your tonneau as it gets fit and stretched over the cockpit to insure it's tight.

As far as the cover goes, I'm thinking about not putting a hump for the steering wheel and using a removable wheel. And I'm also going to put it in front of the roll bars so they won't be an issue. The only other issue I thought about was the snaps on top of the doors, realized they may get HOT in the Florida sun and cause Mini Snake Bites if you rest your arm on them.......hmmmmmmmmm......what to do, what to do?????
