Default Proportioning valve question

I finished up on my complete brake line runs today....was just thinking...assuming equal sized discs on all four wheels and and a fairly balanced car say 48/52 or better...why the heck would anybody need balance bars or prop valves??

Now all I have to do on it is run the remote feed lines into the Wildwood master and bleed it all. But I am awaiting a couple special machined pieces to replace the plastic crap supplied with the master kit.

Fuel line run is next...

Even though all things are equal when the car is sitting still, under braking the weight is thrown to the front of the car, and you are unloading the rear. Just as under acceleration, the weight is biased to the rear. Since most of the stopping is done with the front brakes, they therefore need more bias......

There are a lot of variables at work here. The prop valve allows you to optimize braking by making sure all 4 brakes are stopping the car. And you can't tell beforehand how it will all work until you test it on the street or track.
