Default Webers for 351W

I keep hearing that IDF Webers are so user-friendly compared with IDAs, particularly for a car that is to be driven on the street primarily, but I haven't seen anyone post with real world experience on the matter. So the question is: Is anyone out there who has put 44 or 48 IDF Webers on a 351W who could comment on their ease of tuning and driveability? Thanks in advance.

IDF's do make it easier to adjust...but in the world o webbers....adjustment is never easy. I just put IDA's on my car and I am still trying to figure stuff out....running really really rich.

for 44IDF's I would get feedback from one our guys that has them on a 302...loves the way they look but they haven't been easy to tune either.

goes by the name ferrarikiller

Aggie,

I have a 48IDA set up on my 428. What are your jetting specs? I live in McKInney. We should get together for a Weber brain drain. Please drop me a line.
