Mr Asp, oh great one !! I suggest that you equip your trailer with a toilet, cot, big screen , stereo and wet bar...welcome home !!! will your wife serve you meals there, or are you on your own. if the latter, then you should get a microwave too. too bad there will no room left for your new car , guess you will have to ship it here !!! Talking sneaky Bill Wells checking up on me

Bill,

Im surprised I did not think of this before, but since you posted, it came to mind. I do not need a potty, or worry about my meals. I can leave 1380 (when I get it) in the trailer, and park it behind YOUR garage! From the looks of your garage, it has all the amenities I will ever need! Just drop one more hot dog on the grill for me at night!

By the way, you can borrow my trailer anytime you want, Mike wants to try out 156 once the blower is at MAX compression!

LOL

Default thanks

I too have a 24ft Pace but I have the humble plywood walls. Then after I posted the question noticed that you had the "GT" model. GT - short for "Got The" Wallet ????? We plan to add a few cabinets and a hanging closet in the front. Will also add a few cubby holes for other things like the jack. tires, airtank, fans, generator, and the list goes on and on...these are on the project list with all the other "honey do"' stuff. There is just not enough money to have somebody else do the work and have it the way you want it.

Talking oh no!, I am not all that!

rldunn7, I have a Shadow GT

If you are a "player", you buy the Daytona package....... My 10K trailer would be......hold on.......21K!

So I bought the Daytona stickers to put on my Shadow GT, so people passing me on the highway think I am a player!...lol...I kid you not, I bought the "flag" stickers, to make my trailer, a Daytona replica!!!

Talking Hey..WAIT A MINUTE..!

Erice...does that mean your trailer's a Replica? Oh, hell, that means Mr. Pace will have his attorneys file a Trade Dress Lawsuit against you...! Maybe FFR will share their discovery files with your attorneys. You poor thing...

Now...leave it to Evan to tell you your rivets are in the wrong locations, and someone else to start on the merits of a replica trailer over an original.

Wonder if Kirkhams will clone an all-aluminum model...?

Ahhhhhhh...the possibilities are endless with this one, my friend...

One thing to consider when deciding whether to spend the dough for those aluminum interior walls: You can't screw tiedowns into the aluminum skin.
With the plywood, you can mount loops anywhere you want to tie down spare parts.
I have stuff strapped nearly all the way around the walls in my trailer.
Keep in mind, the really heavy stuff, like the tool chest, needs to be bolted into the wall studs, but light stuff can be screwed anywhere.

Just a thought,
