Well said! You get to a point where you can pick what you like. Not that a 514 would have been bad. Not at all. It was too much for me, and I wanted something "personalized" to me.
But as I have said in the other thread, this is a matter of choice. And there are no bad choices. I had a 385 hp motor in my last SPF, and it was lots of fun. Will I have more fun in my 556 HP? yeah, sure. But the 385 hp will get the job done. You can race it, wax it, drive it. So it's a good engine too!
I want to ride it Steve's West Coast Monster with that 514, to remind me I can still be scared 
GR8RALLY, ride it the cars with the different engines. If you need to get names and times to do it, I can most likely help you. DVSF would be a good time to see and feel all!
