bypass or remote mount with thermostat

I want to put a thermostat in the oil cooler system. I would prefer that the thermostat be part of the remote mount or bypass on the block. But, I want flow through the filter no matter what!

I have looked around a bit and found some in the UK but not here in the states. I am looking for anyone who knows where I can get such a thing and your experience with the product.

I have already searched Club Cobra and I see a number of posts where a thermostat has been added but not one that is part of the bypass or remote mount.

While we are at it, any recommendations on an inline water thermostat?
