Question 48 IDA idle jet holders

I'm still looking for eight size 110 48 IDA idle jet holders-they are not available from Fast Freddies, Pierce, etc. Anybody got any that
they will sell or trade??

Also, I hear that 48 IDAs are back in production in Italy and will be here in a few months; anyone else hear the same?

Thanks,

Tim

I really can't believe they are making them again..I guess they could have retooled with new molds but I thought that was the problem was that they lost them

Wonder how much they will cost? Just think Tim 2 more weeks until Nationals!!!!!

Matt

The rumor of the re-introduction of the IDA's has been around for about 18 months.

Dan at inglese told me that the problem with 48 IDAs was that the tooling for the top plate had been destroyed; he says that this has been re-done and that some new carbs have been made for sure, but that he doesn't know exactly when they will be available, or the cost. He was pretty adamant that this is fact.
